The quickest way to reach us is WhatsApp. We answer questions about FACT, send License Keys and trial keys, and help with installation.
Getting a License Key
What to send us
- Your Machine Code. FACT shows it on the License Key screen. Select COPY and paste it in WhatsApp.
- The name to show in FACT, such as your company or farm.
- A user name you would like for your login.
- Trial or full license. If you use the FACT Excel workbook, tell us, so your key can import your data.
